You can use DGSHAPE CLOUD by 4 steps: Create DGSHAPE Account, agree to Terms of Use, sign in DGSHAPE CLOUD, set up VPanel and DGSHAPE CLOUD. Please refer to Steps to Use page.
No. DGSHAPE CLOUD is compatible for DWX-52D, DWX-52DC, DWX-52DCi, and DWX-42W milling devices.
MillBox (release 2019 or later), hyperDENT (release 8.2.3 or later), and DGSHAPE Dental CAM are compatible with DGSHAPE CLOUD.
No. You must purchase a camera separately to access the error recording and live screenshot features in DGSHAPE CLOUD.
DGSHAPE CLOUD supports all cameras with resolutions between 640 x 480 pixels and 1280 x 720 pixels.
A separate camera mount with a suction cup must be purchased to mount the camera to the front cover of your milling device. For DWX dry mills, the camera can be mounted on the inside of the device. In addition, a USB extension cable can be used to connect the camera on the mill to the PC operating VPanel Software.
In VPanel Software, access the Mail Panel in settings to setup notifications for your milling device. For additional details, please review the setup guide for your device.
Yes. DGSHAPE CLOUD can be used by any device connected to Internet.
No. DGSHAPE CLOUD allows you to view data, reports, and live photos from your milling device. Currently, this software does not allow access to start and stop a job file or maintenance operations.
Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, and Czech are supported in DGSHAPE CLOUD.
Yes. The PC operating VPanel Software for your device must be connected to the internet in order to access DGSHAPE CLOUD remotely.
